PIN 1758479244 is located at 0 S. Main Street, at the corner of Grand Park Drive and S. Main Street, is within the Town's extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ, not Town Limits) and is zoned the GI-CZ Zoning District (General Industrial-Conditional Zoning).  Pursuant to the below, it was annexed into Town Limits, rezoned to the General Commercial zoning district, and approved for site development.

ANX-24-03 - APPROVED 2024-08-06 - Voluntary Annexation Petition to annex PIN 1758479244. On 2024-08-06, the Town Board of Commissioners conducted a Legislative Hearing and unanimously approved the Rezoning request. 

REZ-24-03 - APPROVED 2024-08-06 - Voluntary Rezoning (Map Amendment) Application for PIN 1758479244, to rezone from the General Industrial (GI) District to the General Commercial (GC) District as a General District.  Reviewed by the TRC in April and May 2024.  On 2024-05-28, the Planning Board unanimously recommended for approval to the Town Board of Commissioners.  On 2024-08-06, the Town Board of Commissioners conducted a Legislative Hearing and unanimously approved the Rezoning request.

Neighborhood Meeting for REZ-24-03

May 9, 2024

On Monday, May 20th, 204, from 4:00 - 6:00 PM, the applicant will be conducting a required Neighborhood Meeting to garner feedback and address questions about Rezoning Map Amendment application REZ-24-03, which seeks to change the zoning of the property - PIN 1758479244, located at the corner of S. Main Street and Grand Park Drive  - from the General Industrial (GI) District to a General Commercial Conditional Zoning (GC-CZ) District, which includes a list of Prohibited uses that thus clarifies the limited number of potential future uses for the property.  The meeting will be conducted at the Town of Rolesville Community Center which is located at 514 Southtown Circle.
