Vendors are accepted on a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVE basis. Only electronic applications will be accepted due to the ability to time/date stamp each application. If you need assistance, please contact us at 919-554-6582 or email ParksRec@rolesville.nc.gov.
Once we have reviewed your application, the Town of Rolesville Staff will contact you concerning acceptance and fee payment. The last day to make a payment is May 28, 2025.
If your application is not accepted, you will receive an email by May 23, 2025.
