Rezoning Map Amendment - A Legislative decision of the Board of Commissioners to voluntaril change the Zoning District of a property.
Special Use Permit - A Quasi-Judicial Evidentiary Hearing decision by the Board of Adjustment (BOA) to permit a Use identified as "S" in Section 5 of the LDO (Permitted Use tables).
Land Development Ordinance (LDO) Text Amendment - Applicant initiated request to modify/change language within the Land Development Ordinance (LDO).
Zoning Variance - A Quasi-Judicial Evidentiary Hearing decision by the Board of Adjustment (BOA) to modify an eligible standard within the LDO.
Zoning Verification Letter - Administrative letter from Staff that confirms and details what the existing Zoning entitlement of a property is.
