The Finance Department is responsible for monitoring all aspects of governmental finance to ensure compliance with North Carolina General Statues and general accounting standards. Department employees strive to provide high quality services to citizens, employees, and elected officials. The department provides services in the areas of accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, cash management, financial reporting, and budgeting.
