Heart & Soul Expression 

Description: Heart & Soul Expression is a therapeutic expressive arts program designed to encourage self-discovery, stress reduction, confidence building, and enhanced coping skills. Through creative activities such as art, music, movement, drama, and writing, participants will explore self-expression, emotional well-being, and social connection in an inclusive and supportive environment.

Uniform: Comfortable clothing and sneakers

Age:      18+ years old

Day:     Tuesdays

Dates:   Summer/Fall 

Session 1: September 16th

Session 2: September 23rd

Session 3: September 30th

Time:     12:00 pm - 1:00 pm 

Fee:       $25 Residents | $30 Non-Residents

Cooking from the Heart 

Description: Cooking From the Heart is an adaptive cooking program designed specifically for individuals with disabilities. This program provides a supportive and accessible environment where participants develop essential life skills, gain confidence in the kitchen, and enhance their independence and emotional well-being. The program integrates life skills training within the cognitive domain of recreational therapy, focusing on self-sufficiency and hands-on learning. Warmly encourage to bring a buddy for additional support.
