The Point - Under Review

** ALL DEVELOPMENT APPLICATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED UNDER THE UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE (UDO).

CID-24-01 - Point South Phases 8 & 14 (aka Package #3) - Construction Infrastructure Drawings for Phases 8 & 14, for 178 total residential lots - 64 Single Family Detached (SFD), lots 739-802, and 114 Single-family Attached (Townhomes, TH) being lots 624-738 (total Lot range 624 - 802). 

  • 1st Submittal received 2023-12-13; on TRC-STAFF review during JANUARY 2024; comments published on 2024-02-05. ** Note - CD Plan set is broken into two (2) parts for file size purposes -- Plan Set 1 is the first 37/74 sheets, Cover to C6.18A / Plan Set 2 is the last 37/74 sheets, C6.13B to L5.20 .
  • 2nd Submittal received 2023-03-01; on TRC-STAFF review during MARCH 2024; comments published on 2024-04-02.  ** Note - CD Plan set is broken into two (2) parts for file size purposes -- Plan Set 1 is the first 33/77 sheets, Cover to C5.10 / Plan Set 2 is the last 44/77 sheets, C6.00 to L5.20 .
  • 3rd Submittal received 2024-05-02; on TRC-STAFF review during MAY 2024; comments published on 2024-06-09.  ** Note - CD Plan set is broken into two (2) parts for file size purposes -- Plan Set 1 is the first 60/77 sheets, Cover to C8.03 / Plan Set 2 is the last 17/77 sheets, C8.04 to L5.20 .
  • 4th Submittal received 2024-10-02; on TRC-STAFF review during OCTOBER 2024; comments published on 2024-11-05.  ** Note - CD Plan set is broken into two (2) parts for file size purposes -- Plan Set 1 is the first 56/77 sheets, Cover to C7.18 / Plan Set 2 is the last 21/77 sheets, C8.00 to L5.20 .

*Developer to pay a fee-in-lieu related to Troupe Way at time of Final Subdivision Plat recordation.

STATUS - Awaiting Wake County approval of related Permits SEC-115283-2023/SWF-115288-2023.
