6000 Rogers Road

6000 Rogers Road is a 2.09 acre lot being the greater portion of Lot 1 from BM2006/Pg1481.  The project is to develop a single non-residential building containing multiple retail/service/commercial suites, with associated parking lot, landscaping, utilities and stormwater facilities.  This property is zoned the General Commercial (GC) district under the Land Development Ordinance; this zoning designtation is a translation from the former Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) district of 'Commercial Outlyer-Special Use District', or CO-SUD.  The property was rezoned to a CO-SUD by the Board of Commissioners on August 17, 2005; see uploaded letter.

VAR-23-02 - APPROVED 12/12/2023 by Board of Adjustment.  Variance to reduce Street Yard Buffer and Perimeter Buffer. 

 

SDP-23-02 - APPROVED by Town on 01/27/2025 -- Site Development Plan to develop the Greater Portion of Lot 1 NORTH WAKE DEVELOPERS II LLC, GRANITE RIDGE, from BM2006/Pg01481, being a 2.09 acre lot with an existing stormwater control measure on it related to the construction of Granite Falls Boulevard.  Application was reviewed four (4) times by TRC Staff between March 2023 and January 2025.  Wake County Watershed Management Approval of SEC-098503-2023 & SWF-098498-2023 dated 01-07-2025.   Signature approval dates as follows:  Town of Rolesville - 01-27-2025 / Wake County Watershed Mgmt - 01-07-2025 / City of Raleigh Utilities - 02-04-2025.
