MA 22-04 - APPROVED 2022-06-07 - Map Amendment to rezone from General Industrial (GI) District to the General Commercial Conditional District (GC-CZ) District under the Land Development Ordinance (LDO). On 06/07/2022, the Town Board of Commissioners held a Legislative public hearing and unanimously Approved the application.
SDP-24-05 - APPROVED 2025-02-25 - Site Development Plan for redevelopment of existing 4.19 acre lot with a 64,450 SF building containing three (3) Principal Zoning Uses: Eating Establishment; Recreation, Indoor; and Retail Sales & Services, Neighborhood. The submittal includes a request for an Alternative Parking Plan (APP) per LDO Section 6.4.K., which was Approved by the Town Board of Commissioners on 2025-01-07. Four (4) submittals reviewed by TRC Staff between June 2024 and February 2025; plan set increased from 18 to 30 sheets through review. The three Signature Approval dates are: Town - 2025-02-16 / Wake County Watershed Managment - 2025-02-24 / City of Raleigh Utilities - 2025-02-25.

Site Construction to begin in March 2025
The redevelopment of 414 S Main Street, the long-time former site of a Pine-Glo manufacturing plant, is set to begin by the end of March. Demolition of the existing building and other site features will occur first, and the construction of all new development for an indoor recreation and entertainment complex.
