SDP-23-04 - UNDER REVIEW - Site Development Plan of Lot 11 of the Wallbrook commercial development for a 7-Eleven convenience store/gas station .

FSP-24-13 - Wallbrook Lots 5A,5B,5C,5D - UNDER REVIEW - Final Subdivision Plat to divide 6.48 acres, being PIN 1758563963 (Lot 5 of PR 21-04 Revised) into 4 non-residential lots.

CD 22-04 REVISION - Wallbrook Townhome Construction Drawings - UNDER REVIEW - Revision to the previously approved CD 22-04 for the infrastructure related to this townhome subdivision, pursuant to SP 21-02 (Preliminary subdivision plat for 140 townhome lots etc).

SDP-25-01/CID-24-03 - UNDER REVIEW - Site Development Plan of Lot 8 (BM2023/Pg1600-1602) of the Wallbrook commercial development for a Hall of Fame Car Wash on a portion of the lot.  This applicatipon absorbs and collapses CID-24-03 into it, encompassing the mass grading of the entire Lot 8.

FSP-25-06 - UNDER REVIEW  - Final Subdivision Plat to record 6.95 acres, being lots 12, 13, 14 from Revised PR 21-04; this land is presently recorded in BM1996/Pg1582.

FSP-25-10 - UNDER REVIEW  - Final Subdivision Plat to record 1.25 acres, a portion of Lot 6 from Revised PR 21-04, for the development of 24 Single-family Attached (SFA, Townhome) lot, being Lots 80-103; 2,700 linear feet of 50' public right-of-way (Lettie Ln, Wallstone Way) and 680 linear feet of 60' public right-of-way (Wall Creek Drive).
