Petition to Voluntarily Annex into the Town Limits 55.354 acres. The Town Board of Commissioners held a public hearing and Approved Ordinance 2021-O-5 on May 4, 2021. The Ordinance was then recorded on 05-24-2021 as Bk 018516 / Pg00456-00459.

Rezoning Petition (MA 18-04) to rezone 56.861 acres south of Jones Dairy Road from Residential 1 (R-1) and Residential 2 Special Use District (R2-SUD) to Residential and Planned Unit Development (R&PUD).

NC DOT Encroachment Permit E051-092-22-01147 is dated January 12, 2023 for approval of the road widening frontage improvements of/to Jones Dairy Road in the vicinity of the South and Central subdivisions.
