SP 22-07 - Site Plan for Change of Zoning Use to establish an Indoor Recreation Principal Zoning use utilizing an Alternative Parking Plan (APP) for off-site parking and constructing on-site utility extensions for an existing building on this site. This building was constructed circa 2016 pursuant to a Special Use Permit approved by Town Board Approval which in Case D-16-01 conditioned this subject building for use only as accessory storage to Rolesville Furniture on same property. On September 6, 2022, the Town Board of Commissioners conducted a Quasi-Judicial hearing, and voted unanimously (5-0) to Approve the application with three (3) conditions: 1.) the permitted use of Indoor Recreation be specific to a fitness/gym form; 2.) Class size maximum of 35 persons; 3.) No external/outside amplified music is permitted.
