Neighborhood Meeting February 18, 2025 - 6PM
The Town of Rolesville has been notified by the Applicant for REZ-24-04/ANX-25-01, a proposed residential subdivision located at 6520 Fowler Road and 6521 Mitchell Mill Road, that they will hold a Neighborhood meeting on February 18th at 6:00 PM at the Village Church Rolesville, 410 Southtown Circle, Rolesville NC 27571. This meeting is a requirement of the Town's Land Development Ordinance (LDO) for Rezoning Map Amendment applications.
The Applicant is Collier Marsh with the law firm of Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP; the property owner is Barbara J. Richards.
