Regency at Heritage

This is a residential subdivision of a total of 94 single-family detached dwelling unit lots. 27 lots are located on 14.72 acres in the Town of Rolesville's corporate limits (per Voluntary Annexation); the remaining 67 lots will be located in the Town of Wake Forest corporate limits.  This subdivision was entitled and developed under the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) which was in effect at the time of this project.
