ANX 20-07 - The Town filed a non-contiguous Voluntary Annexation petition (ANX 20-07) to annex into Town Limits 116.296 acres located at 11624 Louisburg Road, Wake County PIN# 1779076610. On 01-05-2021, the Town Board of Commissioners conducted a Public Hearing on Agenda Item C.2, and voted Unanimously to Approved the Annexation request.
MA 21-02 – The Town of Rolesville filed a Rezoning Application to rezone 11624 Louisburg Road, being 116.296 acres and Wake County PIN 1779-07-6610, from the Wake County Residential 40 Watershed District to the Town's UDO Residential 40 Watershed (R40-W) District. Note there is a companion Voluntary Annexation petition (ANX-20-07). On 01-25-2021, the Planning Board voted unanimously to recommend approval of the request to the Town Board of Commissioners. On 02-02-2021, the Town Board of Commissioners conducted a Public Hearing for Agenda Item C.2., and voted unanimously to Approve the Rezoning request.
CID-23-05 - Phase 1A Construction Drawings. The Town of Rolesville filed an application for Construction Drawings of infrastructure for "Phase 1A" of development of the The Farm park. Five (5) Submittals reviewed by TRC-STAFF between May 2023 and February 2024. NCDOT permitting associated with the driveway entrances onto US 401 Bypass. Town signature approval on 09-16-2024.
