The Town of Rolesville is pleased to announce Steven Pearson has been hired to fill the role of Assistant Town Manager.

With a strong focus on collaboration and innovation, we are confident that Steven will play a key role in helping us achieve our goals and serve the residents of Rolesville effectively."
In his new role, Pearson will lead Public Works, Parks & Recreation, Capital Improvement Projects, and the implementation of the town’s strategic plan.
Pearson has over 20 years of leadership experience driving impactful community initiatives. Previously, he worked at IBM, where he extensively worked with governments to create smarter cities through innovative solutions, strategic planning, and public-private partnerships.

Pearson earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Northeastern University and a master's degree in education from the University of Pennsylvania. He has served on the Boards of Directors for the YMCA of the Greater Triangle, Triangle Community Foundation, and Research Triangle Park Foundation.
