Application closes on May 16, 2025, at 5:00 pm.
Vendors are accepted on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis. Only electronic applications will be accepted due to the ability to time/date stamp each application. If you need assistance, please contact us at 919-554-6582 or email ParksRec@rolesville.nc.gov.
Once we have reviewed your application, the Town of Rolesville Staff will contact you concerning acceptance and fee payment. The last day to make payment is May 28, 2025.
If your application is not accepted you will receive an email by May 23, 2025.
