Description: The Young at Heart training is not just a program; it's a philosophy that celebrates the spirit of your prime years. Instructor Joe Tucker is a NASM Certified Senior Fitness Specialist and recognizes the wellness journey as a senior is unique. The 'Young at Heart' program is designed to rejuvenate, reenergize, and help you experience life to the fullest.
Uniform: Workout clothes and sneakers or workout shoes
