The Rolesville Planning Department handles various planning issues including land use, zoning, subdivision review, code enforcement, Planning Board meetings, Board of Adjustment meetings, demographics and building permits. The office is located at 502 Southtown Circle and our office hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. To reach the department by phone, call 919.554.6517, or by fax at 919.556.6852.


The Planning Department strives to achieve excellence while fulfilling its role as administrator and advisor to the Town Manager and governing body on planning, zoning, subdivision, code enforcement and other regulatory programs to guide future growth and development of the Town.
