TA 18-04 – A proposal to amend Article 5 and Article 8
This amendment would add townhomes and multi-family dwellings to the list of special uses permitted in the Commercial Outlying (CO) and Commercial Highway (CH) districts.
Approved Text Amendments
TA 18-02 – A proposal to amend Article 6 Section 6.2 and Article 16 Section 16.3
This amendment would increase allowable density (housing units per acre) within the Residential Planned Unit Development (R&PUD) district.
TA 18-03 – A proposal to amend Article 10 Section 10.1
This amendment would reduce the minimum number of off-street parking spaces for places of worship.
