The Planning Department strives to achieve excellence while fulfilling its role as administrator and advisor to the Town Manager and governing body on planning, zoning, subdivision, code enforcement and other regulatory programs to guide future growth and development of the Town. Our commitment to excellence goes beyond our obligations to staff and elected officials.
We are committed to providing quality services to all citizens through excellence in customer service. We strongly believe in a community-oriented comprehensive planning approach and welcome any comments, concerns, or suggestions that citizens would like to offer. Our goal, is in accordance with our Community Plan (or Land Use Plan as it is sometime called), is to remain a community of neighborhoods that maintains and celebrates its small town heritage and character as it develops.
The Town of Rolesville is seeking a qualified firm to provide engineering and design services for an approximate 0.35-mile-long segment of five-foot-wide sidewalk. The design will be used as part of an application for funds from the Capitol Area MPO (CAMPO), derived from the organization’s Locally Administered Projects Program (LAPP). Applicants must be pre-approved by the North Carolina Department of Transportation for design work.
